H. Zofiel Rana longi? longin No. 8, 1927 284 Little Butte Cr., 4 mi NNE Ager, Minola Co., Calif. Series of eleven living individuals caught in by Joe Korman. The color pattern is essentially the same as in small - dorsal diffuse spots, 15-3mm in the adults, on a light tan background. Frogs on back plates have typically prominent short markings. In several the barborolateral line is reddish-brown, but 8 more of the frogs has the general all-red cast present in many of these from the redwood areas. The hind legs are banded. The margin of the eye breaks the line of the lower jaw in front; this frog's all small one. (When cleared from above)
