153 Oct. 1, 1950 thick chaparral. Common plants are diggus pine, tolom, manzanita, umbellularia, and scint oak. A few miles south of Lakeport country road enter the coniferous forest and continues off and on in this element south to the vicinity of St. Helena, Napa County. Lake Co. 1.6 mi N Hobergs, Hopato, Calif. Plants recorded at this station were yellow pine, douglas fir, oak (Q.garyane?) eldebery, ash (Fraxinus oregra), magnolia and manzanita. Elev. 2460' Lake Co. 1.2 mi N Hobergs, Hopato, Calif. A DCR adult Tramophus elegans elegans was collected here. Some plant association as 9.6 mi N. Hobergs.
