June 24 I taken in dug out runway in thick grass + brush beside road. None taken in similar runs in thick dead conifer woods a ways back from road. In this passage step also took 2 S. voles
voles. A clootia sign was common showing here also. Microtus was f, with 2-7 mm embs on left side.
