16 Apr. Took 1 juv Sherman and 1 juv Mus spec. on white sand+alkali flats around edges of Mesquite +
Willow groves. Dipodomys deserti, Peromyscus
feramicus (+ maniculatus?), and Necrotoma
leai or taken by Aery also in same area.
7 mi. (by road) ESE Brestown San Bernardino Co., Calif.
1 May 3 were taken here along with 16
Perog. penicillatus in 34 Sherman traps. Area sandy with scattered bushes.
