Apodontha sets nothing but 1 fisher in 4 years sprang. In Schuyler's got 1 Neotoma cinerea. In meadow mus specs got only a couple of microtus & a couple of Peromyscus. Live traps had 3 or 4 Peromyscus. Traps in stream bed had a couple each of Peromyscus & Microtus & 1 Zapus with crushed skull. Got a Mussera coming in rat trap that arrived Aug 28. Joe took below our camp - apparently struck while running across road. Dr. B. got Glaucomys at base of stump beside camp. Ran traps at 2:00 PM. Got eunomus amoenus? In Schuyler on dry hillside got Peromyscus in live trap. Reset about 18 mus specs from stream to the swift, stream flowing across the road to Kenny lake. Set in gear's on mossy underhanging banks. Put mouse heads on trails of my rat traps to try for more weasels. Apodontha set again filled in so I reset it. At 6:30 set 3 more #1 traps in Apodontha (?) burrows in dry shade beside pool below our camp. Shot at bats in little meadow near stream but got none,
