A.C. Zicarelli 1958 Journal Alamenda (shown at 1309 Sherman St.) Alameda Co. California Aug 27. Put up SCAKONKS for MVZ taken Oct. 25, 1958 (alive) by Mr. J. E. McCormick on lawn of his home. Killed and weighed Oct. 27 — Dr Benson had picked up the animal from Mr. M's Oct. 25 and had fed it some dog food so it was still alive at noon today. Wt. may not be too reliable, tho, since it was not notices whether the more had all the food that it might have required. No water furnished it. Dr. B. said the lawn on which it was taken was in the center of a residential district. Mr. M's cought it by waiting til he saw it borewing (by outright) and then rapidly speared it & do it out. Said, it had made a mess of his lawn. San Pedro Creek (south main), Richmond, Contra Costa Co. Calif. Nov. 9. Put up 5 SOXK VAGERS (SCARLET WILDERNS) taken by Geo. F. Fisher of MVZ in the San Pedro Marsh near (within 100 yds, probably) at the San Pedro Turf Farm (or Sewage?) Plant. Animal well out in SPAD SANICORNIA marsh. Food. Also took MICROIDS & 4 or so RETIRED — at least one with a very red berry. Transposing locality as shown on a current CAMF Auto Assoc. Map 'Cities of Richmond,'
