A.C. Boucher 1958 Journal 1/4 mi. N, 1/3 mi. E Agvanas 2300'ft. Rivers of Ca. Campi Sept. 14 Lichanwa in late afternoon at 1300 (cont'd) Out teens. It was dark above and Orpinal(?) with its head to ground. Did not seem to know I was even close to it. Got a Sylvanus D.O.P. near town of Agvanas (=1/2 mi. NE Agvanas 2100'ft.) when preparing to get sides. Saw another, crushed too badly to save, or pass also. Ground in dark hockwires sandy with sign of many recent burrows, especially mongo. Rarity about Campsite. Total pest list for TotC 3 locations: Sylvanus manbovi (D.O.P.) - 2 (only savage) recognatus tanky 123 " long members 4 Diagonys arlis 7 " messiom 34 Reptoravones megarons 2 Pedomyscus cremious 24 " moniculates 12 Orychanys roseous 3 Newtoma sap. 3 " heria 2 Gutted speck's after weighing them. Brot them back to residency. Discussed trax-damaged speck's. Left at 10:30am Arrived home 9:30pm.
