Do not have record of my last specimen number but think it is close to 790 so will start with that number on these species, discarding numbers which I may have skipped or making any duplicate numbers with suffix -A and -B. NOTE Sep 7, 1957 Last # was 788 so only *789 numbers discarded A.C. Ziebell Aug 22 Caught nothing more in my 50 Mus specs in marshy ground and on dry hillside. Nothing in 6 rat traps on dry hillsides, 3 Peromyscus + 1 Clethrionomys in live traps tho. Turned loose 1 half-way young Peromyscus + put up office mice. At about 10:30 AM ran all traps + found only a Eutamias in live trap. At 3:30 PM had caught a young Eutamias in Mus spec in the foot-wide stream bed and a Sciurus douglassi in rat trap.
