N Manzanita, 3600'ft., McCain Valley, San Diego Co., Cal.: [illegible] Sept. 13 (cont'd) Open slope with patches of manzanita + a small oak or so scattered around across road from camp. Neotoma (sp?) Dorsalis seen around bases of larger rocks in picture. Mammals not too common here -- O,OO, Perlis + P. maniculatus perhaps the most numerous - as shown by trap results anyway.
