Apr 28 Wildcat Canyon, Corner Costa Co, Calif,
11:05 am. Saw 1 sailing quite high but could see white portion under wings? smann hard, etc.
Circled 20 ft 3 times in rough circles for 5 minutes then took off sailing NE, giving 1 or 2 flaps, sailing, then 1 or 2 more flaps then just sailing on out of sight with no more flapping.
12:10 PM. Saw 1 over tennis courts about 150-200 ft up sailing over with no flapping or circling.
