A.C. Ziegler 1957 Journal Killed July 10, 1957 University of California, Berkeley, Alameda Co., Calif. Put up 11 laboratory white mice for MuZ (see # 775-785). There are known as left & dyed by Dr. Benson to follow Mont sequence. Tags on cases have numbers referring to Dr. Bensons own notes or information. Animals were apparently born "6/1" (1955?) from Tags on Cases. These were obviously 9 in one case, 10 in another, but #? When they were killed this date there were 8 in one case, 6 in other - 3 I think had lost ear tags. Case No. says "dyed July 18, 1955"; (reverse) born Hackners Benson 621 B A B C PROD, case Born 6/ 10♀♀ (ear tags 9/1-10/60 ff) Essential info. then: Born June 1, 1955 dyed July 18, 1955 Killed July 10, 1957 Age: 2 years, 13/10 days. Only shed hairs present now are in insides of cases. Killed July 23 Lower Lake (Jago's Reser), Lake Co., California Put up two C. persicus for MuZ bred. in by Mr. Paul F. Couch at Oakland Park Dept. who was given them by Bobby Ryan at the Ryan Family who in turn received them from Mr Jago who got them 'in a left' of one of
