new into traps by accident.
Leaves in rems and holes are of
Shooting star (Siliacae) and one other
low herbaceous plant which is
not in flower.
June 29.
Location as above.
1 mouse caught in mousetrap
had bait in its mouth. The first
evidence of these mice taking the
bait - caught during the night
as one other mouse was. Two others
caught during the day. Habitat
same, but one distance was
in low meadows near stream - wet
ground.
