No birds heard displaying today
except 1 weak display heard
near Voth's Area. Only 1 or 2
birds were seen in the vicinity 1
tryphine III A+B during the afternoon+
evening.
16 July Barrow - Alaska
The birds at the post on the ridge near
The Beverage antenna were present +
The eggs are not hatching
17 July Sherward, Alaska
Several seen between Barrow &
Lake. One family group was
present at the lake (south
of the 100 acre plot).
18 July Barrow, Alaska
2 chicks were caught in the tryphine
in the fertiliser plots. 2 displays
were heard.
19 July Several were encountered west
of Voth's Area. One family 1
2 Adel + at least 3 young were
seen out in the marshy flats west
of Voth's Marsh. Other adults
were out close to Dundali ridge.
It seems that over the young
are born, the adults follow
