In afternoon - snow on meeting fact. Nest #6 - S. 1 So. 5 set ago was what they were by 7:00 at half off of our approval. At nest #7 - there was 1 young which probably hatched late yesterday or early today (he was dead// at 7:00 & three eggs while never not pipping yet). Nest was in attendance but did not come near the nest - instead he stood off 30 yds. 1 gun fired long drills, then flew off - only a brief distraction display was given at approach. One other seabird ever seen near Volcano area - no others seen during the travel.
