Hobvies, R. 1962 Erolia alpina 6 June Barrow Alaska Took flight after 1pm - The & Following beh The 3; The 3 given the Loud Song Trill & as they flew low over the Tundra. The 3 displayed a decent Wing. At this point The 3 rushed at The displaying bird - The pair swerved off to the side landing & began again Ground Chasing. The 3rd individual landed nearly presumed fleeing. Apparently - The intent of courtship was stronger than area defense. Some The Two birds kept chasing each other for the next 10 minutes; their both were then collected. The chase can be categorized below where [___________] The solid line is the pursued - when seen until the pursuer catching up with it - The 3 jumps ahead - The a fortiori turn off-label. The other bird followed it - only to display it again. After a period there - A aerial component is interspersed - then more ground chasing. (3:1 ground time to aerial time). There two turned out to be the two 35 (1554, 1555) - So They - a ground chase - involved in 67 to 87 contact & aggression. These were included further.
