loud song while ♀ at nest. ♂ then with several chips flies
to 3/4 tree + ♂ flies off to NE when sings loud songs.
0912 - ♂ with several chips drops down to shrub.
0913.5- ♂ to nest, ♂ singing loud songs to W/E of shrub.
♂ back to shrub with one loud chip 1/4 way after 40 sec. at
nest. Shrub complx is 50-75 feet SW of yesterday's nest site.
0917 - ♂ quiet
0920 - ♂ to lowy pine, gave series of chips then quiet +
looking around. ♂ singing to NE another series of chips +
♂ flies in + replaces ♂ who flies to nest. ♂ then back to
½ after ♂ was at first changing directions + elevating
tail on perch. ♂ lit next to trunk. ♂ there to 5'-8D feet
+ lit on 1/2
