22.8 x 15.6 { measured after flushing adult. Did not leave until clws 32 feet from nest.

flushed 2 from or near ground 10-15yds to N of where flushed 2 A.ruficauda. One bird flew dropped back to ground for 10-15 sec. while other sat in scrub. Then both moved downhill to faller denser vegetation. Were foraging on open acacia dominated hillside when first seen. With this pair + resting pair the A.ruficauda have humeralis to W.+S. At one time 2 species were 10+yds apart + saw no interaction.
09/10- another area to S. Bird on hillside sang - once. bird just below road (50-75 yds from 1st bird) immediately gave two pit-za notes + flew off to E across road + lit in subcanopy of tree just across road. Then lost from view.
1000- uphill 50-75yds. again watched yesterday (#2). heard pizza notes as cow walked thru thicket. then more as I approached, found simple birds foraging on 8 feet up along horizontal limb. Dropped down to exposed perch ~3 feet up + began preening. Also occasional pit-za notes. Heard pizza from SE slightly uphill but in same thicket. After watching one bird preen for 5+ minute I walked over to where heard other bird. Seen bird pit-zaing in Acacia thicket. Then a 2nd
