chittering. As each successive bird flew in there was a chitter series usually also from remaining bird(s) in surroundings. I think the arriving bird may be the one that chitters. Sounded as if produced by only single bird.

0907 - fl(ground to 3), P, P, P, P, fl(3-2), fl(3-2), P(2), fl(2-3)P(3), P, P. was down on ground for 3'40" measurably, fudging to swing #12 (near #8). Several times gust of wind caused trouble for bird in song flight. Flight from 3 to 2 bird appeared to try to land at 2 was blown almost to #1 & finally worked into wind + parallel( to direction(swipes) ) & landed at #2.

8.3% flight only do up from grounder 106.5 - song flight from ground to perch #1 , P, P,P,P,P,P,B,B,P,P,P, P, all perch songs were given from shaded area.
1032 - left area
1602- arrived (back) to #2 sang once just as I arrived & then quit. 1611 - still quiet so went out to hunt for him. Unable to find any sparrows by 1705 so left area. Had started to rain lightly.
