Up fromground in song flight to #3. 0742. as #2 singing I walked over to sedge & fern.#2 when mud#5 to look for bird that went down. #2 flushed from a patch of running mesquite + Opuntia + flew bsw into 6' mesquite where sat quietly except for short bout of tail-wiping then flew further b sw into 8' -blackberry where gave soft chips then flew to S. well into line.#5 into 15'mesquite.This one in grassy region 100+ft S. g edge of running mesquite dominated area. Sat 2'way up on dead limb chipping softly from exterior of tree another bird flew in frames clue with soft chitter call. This (1st) bird left + #2# flew out to E. can hear jay# soft chips + series of tzecatz, tzecat calls (more warbly versions of this is the chatter.
