LL Wolf 1964 23 Aincophila cassinii June 30 Welder Wildlife Foundation, San Patricio Co., Texas 0752- back to #3 with flight song. 0805- flown to ground W of #3 for (1 min. flight song to about same location + then flight song back to #3. 0813-0815 - on ground W of #3 + #4. flight song back to #3. 0818-0820 on ground W of #4. + chirps songs / 0826. O#1 gave 2 essentially continuous flight songs followed immed by clit. fl. song about 50 yds. to E of O #2. O#2 went up, flight song + moved from perch #3 to #7. 0828- no more songs from O#1 + O#2 flight song back to perch #3 after 3-4 perch songs on #7. 0830 - to #12 in flight song + then back to #3. 0832 - moved down to interior of perch #3. when in shade- perch songs until 0835.5 where hopped onto exposed perch + gave flight song. 0836,5-0839 flown W of #3 (5-6') 0840 - 0845 - 20 song in 5 min. 4 /min flight 100% perch 80% to perch #3,3,3, to ground W of #3. first 9 perch songs were consecutive. perch songs seem to occur more frequently than flight songs. 0846 - back to perch #3 with flight song. 0849- below top for series of perch songs then to top of #3 for one perch song then flight song and just NW of #3 on ground. 0851- back to perch #3 (top) with flight song starting at or just above ground. then flight song from #3 landing below SW of #3 where gave perch songs,
