The next trip flew directly to nest site or dropped on grass - also flew directly away or one soft song. Or sitting very quietly in dead limb 10 feet above ground. 0807.5- ♀ into dead shrub 0808 - ♀ to ground. ~ 10 sec. back to collect more grass. 0810.5 - ♀ directly lowest from 50 feet to NE. 5-10 sec. Into up to dead shrub. 0811.4 - ♀ to 57-60 feet NE of nest. 0813.3 - ♀ to nest with large tangle of grass. Or not visible. 0815 - so seem & jump from vine to another dead limb in small pine (25 feet from nest) ♀ then into small pine or off to NNE then ♀ to NE. 0817 - ♀ back to nest 0817.5 ♀ to small pine then to NE for grass. Or sang twice (10 feet up near end of 2 foot dead limb). Then hopped close to trunk & sang twice more (0820). 0824 - ♀ flew down to man where I last sawe. Maybe both are fraging. 0828 went up + found nest. In place at edge of grassy hummock so dead grasses form an overhery. Opening faces to NE. Nest just started. She has put in
