Peromyscus
Oct. 1 - 1932. Camp Tenderoy - 20 miles S.E.
Pocatello, Banner Co., Idaho. 6300 ft.
Eight individuals were taken
in mouse traps set over fallen
logs in thin fir timber. One
specimen # 693, was saved. On
one of the tails, not preserved as a
specimen, a large bot fly larva
was found. The larvae was one
half inch in length, and was
imbedded in the skin on the
posterior margin of the left thigh.
The larvae was examined, but not
preserved in alcohol, so was finally lost.
