Pocket Gopher. November 10 - 1928 Straphed two more gophers in the same association along river bottom in West Pointelled. Cat. Nos. 182♂; 184, ♀; Fresh workings were common at this date. Mar. 28 - 1929. Two weeks prior to this date I passed the near river association where old gopher workings were common, but saw no evidence of fresh workings. March 28-1929 - I made several sets where fresh workings were common. Cat. Nos. 22, ♂ and 23 ♀ were taken. Small boys again interfered with my operations. Runs would indicate the species to be quite abundant.
