Friday-Saturday-June 10-11-1932.
East Potatello Creek Divide
Barrett's Ranch on Buckskin.
Trip made with Woodrow Benson as company.
We drove up to the source of East Fork of Pocatello creek and arrived on the divide where the road drops over into the head waters of Rapid Creek, about 11.30 A.M.
Placed 11 gopher traps directly on top of the divide. Continued one half mile and placed ten more gopher traps in an unplowed wheat field. The growing crop of wheat was 6 to 8 inches high.
Continued east on road to Beaver Dam above Barrett's Ranch made observations & photographs.
Continued to Barrett's Ranch.
Placed 40 mouse traps along creek bottom for Ovisontus.
6:30 P.M. we returned to gopher sets and collected 2
