Field Trike. Left Sept 12-13. - 1931 Justice Park. Left Pocatello with Edward Leonard, Sat. Sept 12, at 1:30 and reached his cabin at Justice Park about 3 P.M. Justice Park is a small area at the west foot of the North end of Scout Mt. It is heavily wooded with Douglas Fir and Ashes. We went well up on the side of Scout mountain and set 22 gopher traps Sat. P.M. An altitude of about 7500 ft. was reached. 52 mouse traps were placed around dead logs and in open gassy areas for foxes in the woods in the vicinity of the cabin for gazues. 1 or Early Sun, 1 P.M. Sept 13, we reached the rock slides on the west slope of Scout Mountain to look for wintes.
