Field trips. Sept. 7 - (continued) The soil is almost pure fine sand. Topography of surrounding area very level, cultivated fields within 1/2 mile of the sets. Vegetation: Sagebrush predominate. Prickly pear cactus very common. Some rabbit brush - ? Wild oats grass.?
