Villalobos 1988 Journal a Peromyscus maniculatus ♀ with developed teats + no other captures. Line C (40 traps) produced 2 K-rats, the interval between stations varied from 5-15 meters. At C24 I found a 6" diameter stump of a burned pinyon. It was charred and decayed, only xylem remained. This (old) evidence of fire was the only evidence of fire found. One Chaetodipus longemolris at C38. The following describes line C which is "V" shaped. C40 is at N 45° E of A and N 312° W of B. C1 is N 289° W of C40 by about 40 meters. C1 + C40 are tops of V. C 21 (the base of the V) is at N 60° E of A and N 335° W of B. C20 is 25 m NNW of C21 & thus at N 60° E of A and N 339° W of B. From C20 to C1 this line runs due E. C1 at N 52° E of A + N 308° W of B. One Chaetodipus (70-93-22-7=15) caught at C12. Line B caught 5 K-rats with 40 traps. This line starts at B1 N 59° E of A and N 292° W of B and runs S 26° W until &B24 where it turns up a ravine at N 281° W and ends at B40 where the line intersects a compass line N 52° E of B.
