Theuder 1959 Journal p. 4 Apr. 4 (cat) Herleng, Lassen Co., Calif. I made a set on the N side of the road. I then drove W across the Long Valley Creek and made 3 sets just across on the W side of the stream. On the way back to Herleng I made two more sets on the S side of the road before reaching the previously mentioned junction. Apr. 5 Herleng to Berkeley, Calif I checked my traps this AM and took them up, accompanied by Mrs. Corley. Luckily I had gophers at all the places I had set out traps except one place along the road W of Herleng. It took remainder of the morning to get the family packed and off. Left Herleng about 12:45 PM. Stopped in Reno, Nev. for drying to freeze those specimens not prepared at Herleng. Arrived at Berkeley @ 5:30 PM.
