(91-100) across grass above weather station, under live oaks and down over hill to edge of chaparral. (101-120) across grass below other lines, into oaks+ baccharis, and down along edge of chaparral on S side of patch. Finished there at 4:30 pm. Mar.30 Got to Russell at 8:10am. Checked traps near Garbage dump; toe clip # saved for tissues live Trap 71 Peromyscus californicus at base of moist hillside 8 meters from garbage dump herbs 20%, leaf litter 60% at <10cm blackberry bushes, shrub+vines <150cm 60% cover nearest tree 3 meters Live oak 25cm. diam, Trap 77 P.trueri ♀ adult 1 under stump of buckeye 20cm in diam. in moist canyon 5 meters from edge of chaparral patch herbs+ferns 50%, dirt 30%, leaf litter 20% at ground vines 10% canopy 95% Trap 61 P. truei ♂ juv. halfway molted 2 under Baccharis, 3 meters high at edge of chaparral Baccharis 70%, mint 20%, vines 10% canopy 0%
