Finished checking traps at 2:15pm, then worked on sketch map. Left there at 2:45 pm to walk back to Hastings. Noted that Bigleaf Maple was in flower along Finch Creek and leaves beginning to open out. Trees along the creek: alder, sycamore, laurel, madrone, maple, live oaks. Got back at 3:34pm, had a shower, then went to finish mapping buildings. Worked in lab looking through notes on Peromyscus on file. Had dinner at Bells (Jimmie & Lois Bell, Betty). Sam dog Went to bed at 10:00pm.
