Bell creek (continued) Trap 79 P. boylii ♀ juv. dead 4 meters from creek shrubs 1 meter high 30%, currant 30%, grass 30%, dirt 10% Trap 80 P. boylii ♀ adult 53 under bushes 1 meter high, 3 meters from creek bushes 50%, herbs 30%, leaf litter 20% Finished there at 2:30 pm. Went back to bunkhouse so Sue could take the car to check some ponds at neighboring ranches. Sue had caught one this morning on Bloomquist pond just over Hastings fence. Went out at 2:45 pm to do a sketch map of Madrone Canyon. Finished there at 4:00 pm. Then did chaparral map on hill behind Davis' house = Watertank Hill. Mapped grassland line in Nend extension of Pearson's Field where the Myers worked on Microtines. Finished there at 5:30 pm. Had dinner at ~7:00, then went over to the office to look at weather records. Data on next page of monthly summaries 1969-1975.
