Drove to E. end of San Gabriel Mts. Set 90 traps in Lytle Creek Canyon, 14.3 mi N of Fontana Post Office by road. Left there and drove to the San Bernardino Mts., near the San Gorgonio Wilderness. Set 30 traps (20 sm. folding Shermans and 10 large folding Shermans) in a grassy area with yellow Pines in hopes of catching Perognathus alticola. This is Site T, 12.1 mi E of Fontana Post Office.
