(20) Aug.16 let 101-120 around campground in live oaks,
Had dinner & went to bed at ~9:00pm.
Aug.17 Got up at 6am. Had breakfast and took down tent,
which was wet from dew. Checked traps around
campsite; Blue Jay Campground 6.2 mi NW of Ortega
on Main Divide Rd. West

2.5 mi SE of Ortega Hwy (2nd night here)

3 of the P. calif were in scrub oak, Mt. Mahogany,

groin oak, at edge of chamise hillside.

Finished there at 10:00 am. Drove back to highway
and washed up, dried tent. Drove to Irvine
and processed 37 mice. Finished there at ~6:00pm-
went to Bud's house again for dinner & slept there.
Called Smiley Shields to arrange to get into Piestic Canyon.
