Trap 20 Peromyscus truei ♀ adult 113 under Baccharis at edge of chaparral hillside bordering canyon Finished there by 11:45 am. Stopped to ask Molly about weather records. She is still working on compiling the records, so some years haven't been done at all, like 1968. She feels that in the past 10 years there have been more extremes recently, with several freezes, and more dry weather. July 21 Started checking traps at 7:30 am.
