Holmes,R. 1963 Calidnis fuscicollis 7 june Barrow, Alaska One Seen + it's aerial display was head briefly - near Traplin- IDA4-0. 15 june One displays a Shroovel census plot. 17 june -Not seen on Shroovel today. 21 june 25 june One bird displaying on south end / Shroovel plot. The bird flew low along the lake shore (to Nearest / the plot 23.4) + The cut into the tundra, started up To about 30' - when it hovered - quickly beating wings to have The rapid purr-it... . Newer down up at the point I made it difficult to hear the song. At the few swifts don't bend men Be (who magic - when it began). Several minutes later - it moved south over the pond at the south end / the plot & displayed there. The Bird was collected late in the afternoon. Upon shenniny (Pitelus -), some yellow globular fat was present under ostium, small delicate blood vessel of a branching shape were running along with two foot long... The develops does not even care near Melt Melanotes but there is some suggestion of "pectate" development. No development was evident
