One & All - adult male - + 1 2 per Free Lah. 30 July Barrow, Alaska Now seen - near Vof - insect Area yesterday - no- more today near Bear Ridge - + EISA lagoon. 31 July Now seen - near Vof - insect Area - near Central Snaue - Bear ridge. 1 Aug 2 Adults (probable 4%) observed feeding on insect ridge slope (near drum). No other- were seen - 2 Aug 3 & Feeding - The slope near the insect plots; + 1 fly - well feathered Immature in the Vof Area. 3 Aug Small Holes of 3 to 8 seen in the low - c. polygon area - south Wabishkloz slough - west / N. fertilize plots, Most (More) were immatures - only 1 or 3 & were observed. Feeding was taking place at pond edge - in block must + i with Marshy locales. A number of Holes were seen flying toward the west. (Wind was from the east). 4 Aug More small group of 3-5 immatures seen in the north Vof Area - feeding in the water-covered block near pond + triangles.
