Holmes,R 1962 Erolia molanaster 21 June Barrow, Alaska Again several 878 were displaying & Dopplar - I conducted chasing two noted. There appeared more as territorial disputes - not settled 878 chasing off un-settled birds. One flot 6878 saw No.1 Shorthand W. 1 Footprint - feeding i = Cowgrass swal. One 878 feebly attempted to chase another bird at the former - but took quickly resumed feeding. 22 June Flot 6878 - been chased by a single displaying bird - so 1 No. level ridge. Flot 64 878 reported by Stevens below Receive Late & B.P. 23 June last mentioned flot see The morning - at least 60 birds - seemed to be well developed - Throaty 878 - but one attempt of hawk - gave off a croaker note. One bird in flock or Preyground then another - i low head - egg, pectoral - but not received feeding side by side. Increased activity - mostly i chased - but also some i displays seen in bent along Ne B.P. & east toward Eise Lagoon. The number of settled birds does not seem to have changed - but more birds are now moving through & causing
