Erolia melanotus 8 June Barrow, Alaska cocked tail, wings in normal position, bent up + moving both feet - while Dross also drifting [sketch of two birds] + followed oft the small bird (♀). Staggered ft. 3 ta. Beside these flocks 16578 - a group 1629 was noted just to the south - The above countship was done on the edge of three or two flocks. Just Nof Ootgat - 16578; 699 - 2 flock. - feeding in close proximity, interact with an apparent interaction. In the evening - a flock of 12 piedwoks were seen east 14ths km - then - group 16 more in the sun on lake in the evening. [The present was not flown from Dross to the East ward gasoline ridge. 9 June Large flock encountered along an exposed bluff - along Yellow Creek - 49 birds - about 15% when were ♀. No courting or aggression was seen.
