Holmes,R 1960 Erolia lusciollis 22 june Ikroash, Alaska A pair seen near the small lake. So.1 the 2nd inlet jink ikroash. The 8 was seen choosing the E (venially). Both disappear for a time. Finally after a 15 minute wait I heard to 7 display. He flew to a height of about 25 feet or more. The pony-ze call. It was noted that their call seemed to be more buzzy- or vibrating-like than the cha rockenrathia. The bird gave only a sequence 16-8 notes, then he returned to the ground. No E was not seen again. 23 june - A chow was seen near the 2nd inlet. Four birds (pr?) were choosing a third individ north-western corner the slope. The birds were followed with the glow as fast as possible but they were not seen to stop. (The chow was not a straight course; there was much turning & actual choosing). Another(?) bird was seen to fly across the plot near the
