RT4 1963 C. bairdi 22 jun Barrow, Alaska The spear seem to be quite common r brow ridge, white - guslin negt area toward the coast. The outnunt semi-pals by at least 3 to 1. 25 jun 1 su r collects a gasoline road 300ys north footput lake. 30 jun Several pair noted in AACS area - little display - may be due to heavy winds. 2 collected - some meet going. Next #2 - was taken by mr. m. la- Stribling - egg collect from Barrow. The adult was shot by Mullen. July 4 jve, I found dead lay k.k. Bthurod a drum area.- bird was fuel - but no slight sem 1 damage - she ohe was laying egg. 5 july Group of 4 bairdi in Brittas area - 1 coll. no aerial display activity. 8 july Collected three breeding birds for AACS - no display, chtub - except one bird raised every time as I approach. No net located. The a.m. Bevel study census plot - with 4 eggs. See census sheets. 10 july 2-3 pairs in north-west end of salumark - no display - 2 collected. Nutabri vithor.
