Fuscicollis 21. 14 June Barrow, Alaska went, The head is turned deliberately + No grass either dropped or thrown - but it to The head is not flicked downwards & grass based as in ferruginea. On Fuscicollis - The head is found about 1/2 sec - whilst moving a rather rapid movement. As before, usually, 3~4 yrs are given on left & then the same on the right (or vice versa). After about 2½ min. at his cup - he'd roared a few away & displayed aerially. Pair together again (#5) - just feeding near each other or some side / wings - while another # (#10) displayed nearby. Little chasing seen today. 15 June Nest #1 with 4 eggs. I stayed a neat until I was 3' away - no flushed given The sheets sss note. - Mild d.d. with tail down spread, hunted Patau with black feathers ruffled - rumus or polygon. Later, as she was feeding normally - The #7 appear I did a brief nest cup display in the cup he had used yesterday - (see tail warp - while vertical position). - Near 20 yds from Denali. After 2-3 sec - he moved off feeding - with no reference (mid #4). & error. with 3, + possible one with #2 - In 3-8? gave 1 courtly display to parent & 3 My were watched feeding together for ½ hour +. Several have ripple display noted.
