I.F. Smith 1975 San Diego Journal July 19 and Two boxes in the ultracold freezer with blood and tissues, July 20 Packed up and left Lombes at ~11:45am. Drove to Mt.Laguna and chose a campsite at Burnt Rancheria Campground, $2.00. Went out at 3:00 to set traps. Turned off Sunrise Highway at Wooded Hill area and drove on bumpy paved and dirt road to the end of the old county road. See map. Set 21-40 large folding Shermans on hillside above road in Black Oak and Jeffrey Pines. Set 41-60 back towards main road in similar habitat. Set 61-80 just before Agua Dulce (North on road). Set 81-100 on Thing Valley Rd. 0.5 mi. S of Sunrise Highway. Set 1-20 large folding Shermans and 1-30 small folding Shermans at Burnt Rancheria campground above Cherry loop campsites. Finished at 7:00pm and started supper. July 21 Up at 5:45am.
