Mileage 26480, Mileage 26986 at Jill and Ray Zemke's house in Rancho Penasquitos, July 15 Drove out highway 8 to Cleveland Natl. Boulder Oaks looks like a possibility. Decided to camp at private campground just west of that day. Left there at 3:00 pm to drive to San Diego State Field Station in Echo Valley. Had some difficulty finding the correct dirt road to turn on, but eventually found a gate our key from Bill Flanz fit. Drove in down to trailer and set 40 non folding Sherman's in live oaks along the creek bed, Bison oak, willows, chaparral above creek. Finished there at 4:45pm and drove part way back towards reservoir. Along road set 81-100 large folding Sherman's along a ridge with live oaks - not much brush underneath. Farther back down road
