John Davis had already called ranchers for permission so we stopped on the way in to set traps. #21-40 along Finch Creek on neighboring ranch, # 1-25 along creek and edge of road in brush piles. Finished there at 5:15pm. On to Bell's Ranch at 5:30, Set #13-20 along Finch Creek, #41-50 in grove of madrones near road, #51-58 along hillside and creek, finished here at 6:10 pm. Went up Madrone Canyon at 6:45pm. Starting on large box of small themans, #1-40 in Madrone Canyon. Finished there at 7:45 pm. Set 11 traps near Davis' House til 8:20pm. Starting on smaller box of small thernans, 1a-9a at big barn, 11a-22 around lab buildings and bunkhouse. Had dinner and checked traps near buildings at 10-11:00 pm. Total 125 traps out.
