with, J 1989 Journal 130 23 Oct Fueled up at gas station in Stewarts Point. Drove N on HWY 1 to Goulda. Smell from the hotel smelled very fruity not appetizing at all. We found a nice cal cuisine catering with small lunch + dinner service just on N side of Goulda on HWY 1 it is on W side of HWY 1. I think it was called Cook's Catering. We got some very nice bread, veal, ribs, + dessert of Keller chocolate cake. Had soup there for lunch. North of Goulda we came upon a fancy B+B St. Orres it is ~ 4 miles N of Goulda on E side of road see Turrets it looks quite Russian. Had Kantopul restaurant eating dinner service ($27/person). Looked quite nice. We returned to Sea Ranch and walked along the beach. Mother had never played with kelp before, she merely enjoyed watching the tide come in. Too windy for her so we didn't stay long. Saw Willets ad Western gulls. Sailedship at Black Ferestone. Had supper at fancy catering and drink on Chardonnay from Folie a Deux. 24 Oct Left Sea Ranch at 1000 hours drove down HWY 1 to Myer's Grade detour, stopped at Blue Flower shop. Saw double rainbow just N of Jenner. Went S on 1 to Sir Francis Drake at Olema went E to HWY 101 into SFO. Ate lunch at Port Deli on Sanchez at 16th and next to Joanin Chan outlet at 777 Florida st just 2 BIKS up from 16th. Got home ~ 3:00 pm had to take Se Rafael bridge because of the earthquake on the 17th of October knocks out Bay Bridge.
