th, J 1989 Journal 44 Beanwell, 2mi N of Hurting Roadbook Sonoma, Calif. 11 Feb rolling hills. The habitat was very disturbed, cots y lichen on the oats, every thing seemed to be dying. Saw Cooper's Hawk come screaming Thru a clearing with ~6 Varied Thrush all "topping". Didnt see hawk take anyth. Rain clouds came up so we went back to cabin. I took a very cold shower, we rested at read and ate lunch, Chris made chicken, avocado as tomato on fusage - very good. ~5:00pm we drove W on 116 toward Jenner. at intersection of 116 at Hiking! we went S on @ to Goat Rock State Beach. Very windy beautiful walk along sand bar. Lots y Humbird seals, they breed March so looked like they were getty ready to welf. ~6:30pm Sun down, we drove back to Jenner Nth on D to Restaurant : Jenner by the Sea right at S edging town. I had Seapod Syrnur whit uni sauce, prawns as scallions $16.00, white wine, salad as for dessert we had swiss chocolate pie. Chocolate cookie aunt and chocolate Monek - good. Meal pretty average. Chris recommended Blue Ham in Dancia Mills or 116 just W of Jennerwille.
