We will meet Bernie, Jennie and Carla C. on Friday in Zuni. Time 3:00pm left at 3:51pm Route 580 E to I-5 to 205-I toward Fray and Stockton then to E/120/.to Monteca and Sonova, then 99-5 to Fresno then to Bakersfield 53 & Barstow and I-405 after that 15 Dec 5-666 to E 61 (or New Mexico 63) to Zuni on south side of road ('6'') Mountain Bluebirds, Northern [illegible] very common along road side with dust. wedge tail. Saw one rarer northy left remix. Approx 10 min E on 61 See Zuni Buttes in the distance. Homes many Zuni shrines, and religious offerings, 15-20 Indian Horn Finch flocks along the roadside, very pale Sandy brown Buttos 3-4 miles of in distance to E. < retreats in Mesas for Navahoes and Zunis dwell on top from 16.20's
