14 June 7:00 am went to West gate on Penny Pine road to Saylor Creek 3 song sparrows in V climb will try to get Dave Meredith.
7:58 I just discerned that this SS pair is feeding a fledgling crumb, without its tail it is still bigger than its parents! Spotted a mammal looking like a woodchuck but with 4" tail and golden fur like a marmot.
9:37 am 2 song sparrows observed feeding of fledgling with a half grown tail, wing appeared fully feathered head had one downy feature sticking out but otherwise well-featured. The fledgling was hidden down in some 12" grass the 2 would fly to within 5' and would call "Bleep" and nestly would
