July 29 Two caught in dunes of light gray wind-blowable sand. Dunes as miniature mountain ranges - (up to 15 ft. high) 10 feet high and several hundred yards long - these laid on flatish terrain with a slight westward drainage. Dunes not conspicuously rolling, Sarcobatus present.
