March 28, 1938 Second night of above trap-line netted two ♂'s in mousetrap; ♂ 87 put up. 50+ ft., Cerro La Cholla, 6 mi. wnw Punta Peñasca, Sonora no emb. April 4, 1938 ♀ 121 and a juvenile ♂ taken among ocotillo and creosote, and cholla along banks of wash thru granite hills. April 5, 1938. ♂ 125 taken in same trap at same largrat-house as above juvenile ♂ taken yesterday. 1775+ ft., 8 mi. s. San Luis, 34 mi. nw. Caborca, Sonora. April 12, 1938. ♂/♀ 55 taken among palo verde, creosote, palo fierro, ocotillo, and nopal in rocks on bank of wash. 1000+ ft., 10 mi nw Caborca, Sonora. April 14, 1938. ♀ no emb 159, 160 taken among palo verde, creosote, and torote on rocky hill; both had bot-fly larvae on throats. 1100+ ft., Cerro Cañedo, 2 mi. e. Caborca, Sonora. April 16, 1938. ♂ 181 and ♀ 182 taken among palo verde, creosote, ocotillo, and nopal in large rocks of rock-hill near Rio Altar.
